Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code for the Protection of Personal Data) In compliance with the provisions of the new code on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the processing of data is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, thus being protected the confidentiality and rights of customers.
The data provided to Loom Società Cooperativa on the occasion of contractual relationships aimed at the submission of offers, or in the formation of contractual relationships, are subject to computer or manual processing for purposes of:
a. related obligations:
1. civil, fiscal and accounting regulations;
2. the administrative management of the relationship;
3. compliance with contractual obligations;
4. support and information on the services you have acquired;
b. information on future initiatives and announcements of new services by both the company and our external consultants.
The data are processed by our employees, our collaborators and our external consultants, if engaged in the execution of the mandate given. We point out that the consent to the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point a) is mandatory and essential for the execution of the mandate given to us. Conversely, it is optional with regard to the purposes referred to in point b): in the event of refusal to consent to the latter, it follows that we are unable to provide information on the development of our services.
The company ensures that the processing of data carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means, will be done through appropriate tools to ensure the security and confidentiality. It may include - in compliance with the limits and conditions set by Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - one or more of the following operations on data: collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation, destruction. The owner of the data processing is Loom Società Cooperativa with registered office in Arezzo 52100 (AR), Via delle Conserve 1/5, which will use them for the purposes mentioned above. With regard to the holder of the treatment is always possible to exercise the rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, herein reported in full:
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
2.1. the origin of the personal data;
2.2. the purposes and methods of processing;
2.3. the logic applied in the case of processing by electronic means;
2.4. the identification data concerning the data controller, the data processors and the representative designated in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 196/2003;
2.5. the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
The interested party has the right to obtain:
2.6. the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
2.7. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
2.8. certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) of point 2 above have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
3. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
3.1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
3.2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys".
3.3. Upon receipt of this information notice, consent to the processing of personal data as per point a) shall be deemed to have been given, unless there is express disagreement to be sent in writing.
